The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA

Sarah Rohoman | Narcity.
The product: The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA
The price: $15.70
Why I love it: "As a greasy human being, I find it hard for a moisturizer to strike the right balance between actually hydrating my skin without making me look like I rubbed a pizza on my face.
"I recently decided to go back to basics with my skincare routine and tried out the Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA from The Ordinary based on a friend's recommendation, and I'm glad I did.
"It feels very soothing on my skin after my morning and evening skin routine, it doesn't have a scent and it keeps me feeling moisturized for hours without giving that dreaded pore-clogging feeling.
"It markets that it has '11 amino acids, phospholipids, alpha/beta/gamma fatty acids' and a whole host of other things I don't understand — but honestly, what's in the formula isn't important to me.
"I'm more into the fact that it lasts forever, doesn't make me breakout and only costs $15, which is a fraction of the price of what I've paid for other skin care products." — Sarah Rohoman
Kosas Mini Super Creamy + Brightening Concealer
Kosas Mini Super Creamy + Brightening Concealer.
The product: Kosas Mini Super Creamy + Brightening Concealer
Why I love it: "No matter what I do I can't seem to get rid of the dark circles under my eyes so I was always on the hunt for a good concealer that can brighten up that part of my face.
"I finally found the perfect fit when I began using the Kosas creamy and brightening concealer.
"This concealer not only lightens up the skin, but also provides a nice amount of coverage if you want to touch up some other red spots on your face as well. It's also creamy, meaning it won't dry up your skin.
"The best part? The concealer comes in a mini size which means it won't take up much space in your purse and it's also the ideal size for all your travels." — Asymina Kantorowicz
Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez Soft Pinch Liquid Blush
Rare Beauty blush.
The product:Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez Soft Pinch Liquid Blush
The Price: $30
Why I love it: "This product is an absolute steal. A bottle of this blush will last you for over 6 months with daily use, and I’d honestly pay up to $50 for it.
"The formula is so pigmented and creamy that you really only need two dots on each cheek to bring a beautiful flush colour to your skin.
"I like to place it across my cheeks and nose and then blend it out with a wet sponge for a natural sunburnt glow.
"I also like to use this product as a lip stain under my gloss for all-day colour and wear." – Brooke Houghton
Milk Makeup Mini KUSH High Volumizing Mascara
The product: Milk Makeup Mini KUSH High Volumizing Mascara
The price: $20
Why I love it: "I never buy mascara, so the fact that I bought this one is a big deal. A few years ago, I was able to swap some of my Sephora points for a trial-size of this product and was so impressed I ended up buying the mini version (I don't use mascara frequently enough to warrant buying a full size out of fear it'll dry out before I can use it up.)
"It genuinely makes it look like I'm wearing falsies with only a few brush strokes and it gives my lashes a full look without the clumpiness that sometimes comes with a thicker formula.
"That being said, I'd personally advise not using it on your lower lashes (it gives me raccoon eyes whenever I do) but the amount of drama it gives me on my upper lashes is more than enough to make up for it." — Sarah Rohoman
Nars Mini Laguna Bronzer Powder
Nars Mini Laguna Bronzer Powder.
The product: Nars Mini Laguna Bronzer Powder
The price: $24
Why I love it: "I don't know about you, but I love having a warm, bronzed glow all year-round.
"I received the Nars Mini Laguna Bronzer Powder as my Sephora birthday gift one year and have been going back to it time and time again.
"As someone who was recently treated for skin cancer, I'll be covering up as much as possible in the summer, and this bronzer is my go-to when I need a bit of a sun-kissed look.
"Don't let the mini size fool you. The bronzer is pigmented so a little bit goes a long way, meaning the product will last you a long time." — Asymina Kantorowicz
LANEIGE Lip Glowy Balm
The product:LANEIGE Lip Glowy Balm
The Price: $22
Why I love it: "I love a glossy lip. No matter what I'm doing, I need to have a gloss on me at all times, and this balm gives you a sheen natural tint and tons of shine all while healing your lips.
"I was on Accutane for almost a year in my early 20s, and the treatment left my lips on the drier side, so I prefer hydrating lip products that help keep my lips soft and supple over lipsticks and matte products.
"This balm is so hydrating, and I'd honestly compare it to a slightly cheaper version of the LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask Intense Hydration with Vitamin C, which sells for $29.
"I habitually use both, and they both deliver great hydration and gloss, although the balm's packing is much more convenient since it comes in a squeeze tube rather than a tub.
"The glowy balm comes in four colours: Gummy Bear (purple), Grapefruit (peachy pink), Berry (pink) and Peach." – Brooke Houghton
