Chip and Joanna Gaines took over the renovating game with this addictive series, showing that a cheap run-down gem can be transformed into something truly wonderful. There are many fixer-upper homes for sale in Georgia right now that need some love, and they're super affordable, so you could really live out your HGTV dreams.

Whether you're crafty or not, renovating a home or completely gutting it is something that is exciting to watch or even do yourself. There's just something about seeing a home go from what appears to be a complete disaster to a magnificent masterpiece you would love to own that is so satisfying.

Unless you're living in Waco, the chances of Chip and Joanna re-designing your home are slim. And, well, shucks because they are so good at doing what they do. But fret no more because you'll now have an opportunity to spend one night in Chip and Joanna's new hotel in Texas.

On October 3, Jo took to her Instagram to announce that they are bringing you a home away from home in Waco. In a full-length video posted to their YouTube, they revealed that they are building their very first hotel. It's hard to believe that they haven't already done this seeing as they are always up to building something, but better late then never, right?
